We have done many remodels over the years. We felt we had mastered the process, and typically went it alone. We were introduced to Cheryl before our most recent project, what a godsend. Initially, we met just to get some clarity on ideas but ended up using her throughout the whole process. Money well spent. She brought many insights to our vision that we had not considered and made sure the communication with the team was seamless. She connected us with subcontractors, who were the best we have ever worked with inside our home. Most of these individuals were not taking on new projects, but when it was a project with Cheryl they made the exception. Overall, the project stayed on the timeline without any “no shows” from subs and ended up under budget. I highly recommend working with Cheryl and her team.
